A bit about Charlie Gunningham:  Originally an Economics teacher from the UK, via Singapore, Charlie Gunningham landed in Perth 20 years ago to do an MBA at UWA. Graduating as top student in 1999 he set up, an online real estate business, running it for 10 years before selling to REIWA, whereupon Charlie and his team ran He then moved to Business News as GM of Digital, becoming CEO in 2015. As such, he has 18 years' experience in online business strategy amid digital disruption and 30 years' experience managing teams. 
He is also the Founder and MD of Damburst.
